Terms of Use
Your use of Scribbly is governed by Apple's Apple Standard EULA together with these terms. Scribbly is made by moonclub (moonclub.dev).
Scribbly Plus
- Scribbly is free to download. Scribbly Plus is an auto-renewing monthly subscription; the price is shown in the app before you buy.
- Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase. It renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the period; manage it in Settings › your name › Subscriptions.
- Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
AI features
Content generated with AI (stories, suggestions, images) can be inaccurate or unexpected. Review it before sharing it, especially with children.
Your content
Your content belongs to you. Keep your own backups: we don't store a copy and can't recover it.
Acceptable use
Don't use the app for anything unlawful or to upload content you don't have the right to use.
Disclaimer
The app is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we're not liable for indirect damages arising from its use. Nothing here limits your rights under consumer protection laws.
